Felicity Heaton is the perfect example of a writer than can keep you hooked to a series for ever! Book 11 and I'm still in love with the world and each character. 

If you've read her previous books you know Grave. Bad, mercilles vampire who works for the higgest bidder. And while his cold exterior was something I always liked and looked forward too, I was dying to be inside his head and the author really delivers.

It's very easy to side with Grave when you see how vulnerable he is and how complex his feelings are. I really loved getting to see the different faces of his personality specially when he could turn into the cold killer I've learned to love. 

Isla is a new character that brings a lot to the table. She's strong and loyal and a very powerfull warrior. That balances perfectly with her vampire. 

Haunted by The King of Death goes differently in the whole finding your soulmate. Their already met and were bonded but Isla bretayal torns them appart. Now, they must work together to save their lives and the lives of their families. 

I think this book focus a lot on family and it was great to see Grave somehow interacting with all his relatives and watching how Isla reacting to that. 

As always, Felicty keeps you at the edge of your seat. She balanced the emotions in the story perfectly. The sexy times and the vulneravility of the characters moving you forward with each page. 

As a bonus, we get to see a lot of the old characters, that brought more than one smile to my face and a big need to reread!
